Return policy
When furniture items are sent to buyers, they will be insured at the full purchase price. Transport by postal service. No items will be delivered to the post office box. The buyer is responsible for the freight between the furniture and the buyer.
Please note that we do not guarantee delivery before the specified date. We will try our best to cooperate with you. If you need something before a specific date, we will provide it, but please do not rely on it unless we explicitly guarantee delivery.
All items shipped to furniture, whether returned, replaced/stored or otherwise, must be fully insured and traceable. Most major operators provide some kind of tracking mechanism - please contact the operator of your choice for details. If you plan to use Hongkong Post service, please request "confirmation of delivery".
Websites cloudmarketstore will not be responsible for any way, shape or form of goods lost or damaged during transportation. For this reason, all items must be sent to us through the insured and traceable method (see the previous paragraph).
Unless otherwise expressly stated, the Client shall be responsible for all transportation/handling costs between the export of furniture and the Client. This includes sales, returns, exchanges and all other transactions involving shipments, unless otherwise stated.
Inspection Period
The buyer will have one day to inspect their purchase. Package tracking will be used to determine the date the item was received (see "shipment"). If a return or exchange is to be made, it must be shipped back to us within this one day inspection period. (We don't need to have the package in our hands within one day, but there must be clear evidence that it was shipped back within that timeframe.)
All returns must be returned to the furniture export within the inspection period. If the product is received in "new" status, a store letter of credit will be issued. If the product is damaged in any way unrelated to shipment, the buyer will be obliged to pay the repair cost or purchase the product.
All returns must be insured at the full purchase price of the item during shipment - if the item is not insured, a 15% penalty may be deducted from the original payment. This is to prevent loss or damage during transportation. If the goods are returned to Fur Outlet without tracking number and/or delivery confirmation, they will be rejected at the customer's own expense. (We need to be able to verify the time from original delivery to return in order to process refunds, credits or exchanges.
The customer is responsible for all freight/handling charges between the furniture export and the customer. That is, when the goods are returned or exchanged, the customer is responsible for the transportation/handling costs involved in returning the goods or shipping replacement goods.
All sales items must be paid in full, and the installment option for sales items is not available.
Customized furniture cannot be returned, because it is customized for specific individuals. We do not offer refunds or exchanges for custom furniture. All custom furniture is manufactured according to the size and size provided by the customer - if the furniture does not meet expectations, the customer will be responsible for the replacement cost. After sale return
Generally, furniture goods are delivered to consumers from the warehouse within 7-15 working days
After the agreement, consumers can return the goods to the designated locations within the mainland of Hong Kong after consultation with the sellers, to ensure that the customer's after-sales service is guaranteed and the All returns are subject to a 10% replenishment charge.
